Executive Assistant
Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and handle them promptly and professionally
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for executive trips
Organize and participate in meetings, take minutes, and track action items
- Assist with special projects and research assignments as directed by executives
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing executives in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
